Frankie, General Manager and Morning Personality
Frankie was born and raised in the suburbs of New York in Canarsie, Brooklyn. His radio career has given him stops in Texas, North Carolina, and now Virginia. Frankie currently lives in Amissville with his Wife, Eva. They have two daughters, Tasha and Sweet-Pea. Both are married now to Joey and Sean. Frankie is the proud “Papa” of four grandsons, Will, Ellie, Aiden, and Sam. Apart from his children and grandchildren, he has three other children at home, two cats, Charlie and Carlos, and their dog, Korn-Dog. Mike recently moved from Thailand with his wife to work with Positive Hits 89.9 and 90.5. He lived in Bangkok where he worked as a teacher for an International School for over 5 years. Mike originally worked for 89.9 WPER when the station first started out, and he says he “truly blessed to see all the growth that has taken place’! Mike and his wife Grace are now proud parents of a beautiful baby girl, and they are loving their new life adventure!

Garrett, Morning Personality
Garrett is proof that more than award winning cheese and Green Bay Packer fans come from the great state of Wisconsin! He’s been in broadcasting for over 22 years, with over 16 of those years in Christian broadcasting. Garrett’s stops along the way include Minnesota, Michigan and most recently over 17 years in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He’s blessed to have married the most incredible woman in the world, Andrea, and together and they have their own sports team of six children (ages 6-21). It’s the original eight is enough! In his spare time he and his family love to camp, canoe and travel. Garrett and his wife also sing and speak, sharing a message of God’s love and how He takes our “mess” and makes an incredible message out of it!

Theresa is PER’s hometown girl who was born and raised in Virginia, and grew up in Fauquier County. She currently resides in Fredericksburg with her two children, Jacob and Grace.

Sweet-Pea was born in Texas and raised in North Carolina. She moved to Virginia with her Mom and Dad (Frankie) in 1999 to start WPER. She currently resides in Culpeper with her husband Sean, and their son Aiden. Sweet-Pea is a nickname that has stuck with her since she was a baby.
